(February 2023) Inseltrade is organizing a joint exhibition space for Finnish companies in the Expobiomasa 2023 fair that is held 9th-11th of May in Valladolid, Spain. The joint stand has space for up to 12 companies.

Each company will have its own 6m2 space, a counter, a desk and two seats. There is a common area in the center for catering and one-to-one meetings.

We will help you to organize pre-booked one-to-one meetings for the fair. Before the fair you can agree with us what kind of companies you would like to meet and we will contact them. We will also promote Finnish companies to Spanish companies before the exhibition.

Expobiomasa is a well known international trade fair focused on biomass based renewable energy solutions and it is organized every other year. There will be +350 exhibitors from 30 countries and 12 000 visitors.

EXHIBITION PACKAGE

The participation fee covers a turnkey exhibition package that includes following:

-Registration

-Civil liability insurance

-Fire insurance

-Pre-promotion for Spanish companies

-Company stand: one table, two seats, counter with company name, electricity connection 4,5kW

-Catering

-Pre-booking of 1-on-1 meetings

-Inseltrade’s assistance during exhibition days

FEES

- Until 20th of February the fee is: 3 490€ (+ALV0) to Finnish companies.

- After 20th of February the fee is: 3 990€ (+ALV0) to Finnish companies.
